Looking for a cool VBS Project?

Is your church looking for a cool VBS project? We can help you choose a project and promote it with your kids this summer. We can even provide a special speaker to get your kids motivated! Our new school is under construction and your kids can help us by raising funds for desks, bulletin boards, write on/wipe off boards or funds can be applied to the second level of the school! Or you can raise funds to help provide food to kids living in our newest project area - Gerona.  These kids are malnourished and our partner church is looking for ways to provide nutritional meals for them.  Any amount raised by your church can help provide these families with staples like beans, rice, milk, cooking oil, and other items that will not only feed the kids but their families too! If you would like more information please contact LisaHolbrook@CarolinesPromise.net for details!

Send a Kid to Camp!

In the past Caroline's Promise has had the privilege of hosting summer camp for our kiddos in Guatemala.  These camps have been amazing opportunities for the kids to get away from the city and really be kids.  We've seen so many of them accept Jesus into their hearts and many others start the healing process from the difficult lives that they live. This year we will host camp for 25 kids from our partner church, Iglesia Adonai and 25 from the church they are planting in an area called Gerona.  For the first time these two sister churches will combine and we are excited about the possibilities! One of our summer mission teams will partner with the young adult leaders at Iglesia Adonai  to offer this experience of a lifetime! We have lots of sports, art, and dance classes to keep them busy.  But most importantly they will hear how Jesus loves and has a special purpose for them.   Camp for each child is $5 0.  Will you help us make this c...

Reflections from Grace

When I was 15 I went on my first mission’s trip to Colombia, South America with my church. I had never really thought about doing missions work until this opportunity came about. On this trip I kept praying for God to do something crazy, but my definition of crazy is different from God’s. One night in service I was off to the side watching people worship, pray, and seek after the Lord. I was just watching and all of the sudden I heard God say to me, “This is what you will be doing with the rest of your life and I am going to start preparing you for your future.” In that moment I wasn’t too sure of what that meant but over the years God has slowly but surely been revealing his Plan for my life. After this first trip, I began looking for other missions opportunities. A spot opened up on a Caroline's Promise Guatemala team a few months before the week long trip. I went on this trip and was absolutely in love with the people, the culture, the scenery, everything. This trip re...
