7 Days of Celebration - A Miracle for Baby Marvin

Merry Christmas! Today we celebrate the birth of Jesus. What a special baby, to say the least. As we were thinking of stories from 2017 to celebrate, we immediately thought of a baby in Guatemala and how God spared his sweet life.  We didn't plan to take a medical mission team, but God made it clear that this was his plan. (You can read how that happened  here ) At the end of the first day of clinics, a mom showed up with a baby that was less than a year old. She didn't live in the community but was visiting a friend whose kids attend our Sunday afternoon Kids' Church. Dr. Smith and our Guatemalan doctor, Tiffany Quan, both realized that the child was near death. Tiffany jumped into the back of a truck with the mom and baby and took them to the nearest fire department where they were rushed to a local hospital. Here's a glimpse into the 2017 Northwest Athlete & Medical Team

How the Northwest Athlete - Medical Team came to be

In the summer of 2016, 15 year old Cameron Holbrook shared how he felt that Caroline's Promise needed more men on their mission teams.  His heart was touched by the boys and young men he had met in Guatemala and he began to pray for men to catch a vision for the ministry. Kristi Clary at the medical clinic in Gerona Once he finally agreed to take a team, he invited Phillip Clary to join him.  In the weeks that followed, Phillip's wife, Kristi expressed an interest in going on what we thought would be an English teaching team at the same time.  Lisa remembered that Kristi was a nurse for a local ...

Sarah collected vitamins for her Birthday!

Sarah and her family sponsor a child in Guatemala through Caroline's Promise and they are always looking for creative ways to give even more. For Sarah's 14th birthday she asked her friends to bring vitamins instead of gifts.  She collected 38 bottles of vitamins that will be given to the children who attend our Pediatric Clinic this summer.  Thanks so much Sarah! We are still in need of hundreds of bottles of vitamins before our ship date the end of May.  Here are a few ways you can help us. 1.  Order at Amazon (Be sure to use Amazon Smile so your purchase earns $ for CP) and have them shipped to us at Caroline's Promise, 1950 Beeson Road, Kernersville, NC 27284 2.  Purchase vitamins and deliver to our home office (address above) 3.  Donate online here .  Choose the fund "wherever most needed" and write "vitamins" in the comment box.  We'll order them for you! Get your friends, school, office, or church involved.  We need 800 bot...
